Iterative dashboard changes
Outstand is a SaaS web app for stay-in-touch email marketing. After conducting a large, mixed methods user research project, I facilitated planning sessions focused on whittling down feature sprawl that had accumulated in the app. These screens incorporate subtle moves toward that more streamlined vision. They also show new in-app messaging about ready-to-send email greetings that increased usage in our target user group by 36%.
